This is where we'll announce the most recent
additions to our site's tortures. If you've visited us before and want to know what's
changed, take a look here first. Or not. You'll probably find more fun
stuff in the rants area.
November 2000
Got unpissed. Opened the site. Changed site format and added to rants. Restructured Merchant pages (still not done).
Added a little to FAQ page.
August 2000
Got pissed. Closed the site.
July 2000
Went to San Diego for the first "Miva Developers Conference". The original
stories and some of the pictures are here.
March 2000
Added a Miva Merchant Security
page. Added a page on Selecting a Miva
Developer.
March 2000
Updated here, there, & all over. Changed links, killed disclaimer
#2. If you operate a Unix Miva box, you need to stop by the support FAQ
area of the Miva web site.
The OpenUI Consortium launched
their web site (free hosting services provided by the host of these pages). The OUI effort
is worthy of support from all Miva people; not just for the intended audience of Miva
Merchant developers. Go easy on them though, as they are still pulling things together.
February 2000
Hosed the entire site, a couple of times, trying to remember fit of
madness moved me to use FruitPage to create the original site.
January 2000
Finished posting Merchant data file format updates. Updated import info.
January 2000
Started posting/revising Merchant data file format updates. Added/changed links.
November 1999
Added an enhanced version of the Merchant v2.0 documentation.
August 1999
Added 2nd disclaimer page. Added the Merchant
Programs page. More rants. Got lot's of email from some of the nicest Miva
folks on the planet. Trying to keep up with replies, but am far behind. Sorry.
And please: send questions about Miva to the Miva
Mailing lists; thousands of others wish to share in your misery and you'll
stand a much better chance of an answer than asking me. I am not the Miva
expert: Miva Corp is.
August 1999
Added to the Merchant Basics page. Added disclaimer page. Added a rant. Other
stuff.
August 1999
Site expanded and prettyfied. Added an untraditional FAQ. Added more links. Stared
at file format page. Remembered to tell somebody that the pages
existed.
